WHO WE ARE
MEGAN VISSER
Megan Visser completed her BCom Law and LLB degrees at the University of Johannesburg before joining a top-tier South Africa law firm, based in Johannesburg, where she served as Associate and Senior Associate. Her work spanned mining, corporate, and commercial law, advising large companies, governmental institutions and private clients.
She later joined a boutique structuring firm in Pretoria, expanding her skills in corporate structuring and a full-scope advisory services. In 2018, Megan joined corporate advisory and structuring entity, working as in-house counsel, specialising in private equity structures to achieve BBBEE outcomes and unique structuring objectives of clients, before founding MVA Legal.
MVA Legal was founded in late 2018 and today it is firmly established as corporate and commercial practice, offering a variety of complimentary, quality and top-tier services to its clients, at afforable pricing.
